2 - GID1 (Group ID)
3 - GID2
4 - IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity)
5 - MCC+MNC, GID1

7 - All locks (Multilock)

None of those will unlock your data settings. You would probably need a generic firmware flash.

But if you know what you want to change the settings to you could buddy up with someone with a PDK-1.

I'm not much for the generic firmwares. If you can mod the carrier stuffies then you should end up with a better service experiance and still get what you want.
