The analog panther actually is all black.
On my digital it has that stripe pattern
that the regular covers had.
It also has two more holes in the unit where the others dont.

How does it feel? Is it softer to the touch? And do you mean it has more holes in it than the current Digitals?

Ok. the analog panther has a flat black coating to it and its texture is touch course.
My DBS has a touch of gloss to it and is smoother to the feel.

Mark, if you want, I could take a photo side by side of the two.
