Has anyone been able to get there sl55/sl56 to sync their email from outlook via irda using xtnd connect? I can sync my calander, notes, memo, but can't seem to get the email to sync.

That's interesting

I own a S56 and guess what? I can synch Tasks, Notes, Email and Calendar with Outlook XP but NOT Contacts! And i use the XTNDConnect PC s/w that i downloaded as part of the Siemens Data Suite...

Did you have any problems synching Contacts with the SL56?

Nope, For me everything works fine except email. Did you have to change any settings for your email? Can you use the software mobile that came w/ the siemens data suite? I cant

The only issue i have at the moment is synching with Outlook Contacts. Everything else worked just fine for me...

And the Siemens customer care folks are puzzled as well....

I am useing Outlook 2003 and get a invaled use error with version 4.9 and my SL56 And y help?

Nope, Siemens Data Suite/XTND doesn't support Outlook 2003.

I downgraded my outlook to outlook 2000 and still get the same error?
