If I change the homepage of the Audiovox 8500 like Encrypt and others were talking about will I get charged to do the wireless web or is it free? Also is there a way I can get games on the 8500, besides the stupid VX text "games" that they charge you for?

For now you won't get charged a penny. The only way you can play games if you find a WAP site with games on there. Good luck!

what do you mean for now you won't get charged? I tried it and haven't gotten charged. I'm starting to look down on Virgin Mobile. First of all they don't have any games on the phone, which for all we know they could have removed so more people will pay for their stupid extras, and the fact that they have wireless web capabilities on the phone but only have it go to the one web page were they make money for everything you click on. Plus they only give 5 ringtones while all my friends phones came with 30+ ring tones so you are almost forced to download more which costs more money.

They might find out and start charging? I dunno. But I agree. I hate what VM does to their phones. I don't really get why they do it...
