sorry guys, i am new at this software stuff with the phones. i have a gu87 and i want to get rid of the shutter sound. right now i dont have a data cable yet. will i need one, or can i get rid of it w/o using a cable? if anybody can get me headed in the right direction i would appreciate it very much. u can either post a msg on here, IM me at MrWDI, or email me bhs_soccer@hotmail.com...thanks again.....like i said b4 im new at this software stuff, so if some1 can help me, i might be asking for some further help with it. thanks.....

You should search a little bit before you post. THis topic is probable the most mentioned one on this forum. On the top, you will see a button, search. There you can type in your keywords, and go for it. I guarantee you will find what you are looking for.

You need a hacked firmware without the shutter sound and flash it to the phone with a cable to get rid of the sound.

there is currently no other way.

Just get the hack version software and upgrade your phone's firmware.Basically it is so simple.
