G50 problem

I just bought a G50 but find out the volume of the speech is so low. I cannot hear when I am in the restaurant or on the street even I am in a quiet place I have to stick my phone to my ear but the volume is low I have set the volume to 5 and profile to outdoor but it does not help before I am using a T68 and a nokia and the are loud the maxium of G50 is similar to my T68 60%. Anyone have same problem or just me? anyone can help??????

Maybe it's just me, but my G50 is loud enough even on a noisy street. It's probably because I have a better hearing skill after using Samsung phones since they are low, but I'm not complaining
