i tried to dnld ringtones off the bell site, but it said the file was too big

is there any way to hack up my phone so that i can dnld these ringtones

I know your frustration. I've had lengthy conversations with Bell's tech guys and they tell me the download problem applies to all Audiovox phones they sell (but no one in the stores tells you this before you buy the phone, right?).

I've been told they are currently working on a fix for this issue. The problem apparently lies with Bell's systems, not the phone. So....there is nothing we can do to our phones to fix this--we have to wait for Bell to receive a sufficiently large number of complaints before they will do anything about this.
