Siemens rapid car charger

Quick question about the rapid car charger, Is it any good? I just recently bought a sl56 and I was planning to purchase some accessories for it. The reason why I ask it the charger is good because I have a OEM nokia car charger and it seems to always blow out my fuse for my radio. I was just wondering if the OEM siemens car charger does that as well. Could it just be the wrong amps for the charger/car? Also how is the OEM headsets for the sl56, are they any good? Do they have the "answer call" button on it?
