Whatz the difference between the M55 and the S55??? Also.... which one is better????

I've just recently evaluated both these phones and eventually ended up buying the M55 for my own use, so I can answer this for you.
The two phones are essentially targeted at different markets: the S55 is aimed at business market, and the M55 aimed at casual/youth market.
As such, the S55 has business-related features such as bluetooth and IrDA (infrared), and a much more conservative, business-like appearance (silver & gray).
The M55 does not have bluetooth or IrDA, but looks much more interesting, with a variety of colored versions. It also has dynamic lights on the side which you can program to flash differently when you are using certain functions (it's an attention-getter at night).
The main difference between the two phones for me is that while both have 4096-colour screens, the M55 screen is noticeably sharper and better. The M55 is also cheaper.
Both phones are pretty customizable; they also share the bulk of the accessories, such as chargers & the snap-on digital camera.
The keys & layout of the S55 is more conventional and easier to use for business users, while the M55 keys are supposed to be shaped like a scorpion (the M55's "inspiration"), and the call & end keys are a bit too small (my only complaint).
I guess one major factor in your purchasing decision is the fact that FIDO has just recently begun offering the S55 in Canada, but for a fairly high price ($400 CAD with monthly package). The M55 is not available for sale in North America (Siemens will be offering the dual-band M56 for sale here soon), but even so, buying the M55 online from Asia was much cheaper than the S55 price here.
Hope that helps!
