Ok i already posted regarding my i95 being shot, well ive seen this ame prob around and i just want to see if anyone has fixed it so i dont have to bother going to a nrs, sondiering that the phone has no serial stickers on it, any way thats not the point, my prob is that the phone turns on and it says powering on, then the screen stays blank, i know this is a common prob bc ive read around about it, but my question is when i put the phone in flash it says code ok, ready to program, so i guess the code isnt corrupt but what can be the problem with the phone, and btw i recieved the phone from someone for a really good price, and it was working fine once i reacieved it, but after a housing installation this apeared, i didnt try to loaad anything onto the phone and i dont have a backup either, so i dont know exactly what to do

Option
1) why dont you try the upgrade utility... not as a restore but to upgrade..

2) put phone in flashstrap , use i/u, skip phone read and upgrade to .04(Shudders)

3) during the install Ribbon might've gotten damged ... you might have to replace it....

any other suggestions?

dont think its the ribbon bc i damaged it and then i got a new one put in through nsp, but ive tried i/u and it doesnt upgrade
