first off- this is from tmobile cust. service....

1. offered me SE t610 for 160 bux+ free month free AND have to extend contract for year....

i know i coulda got better- but it wasn't the purpose of my call.

2. asked her if I got another contract- would i be able to cancel my first line right away (was told be a few stores that i'd have to wait 3months)- she told me, that's fine- since my 1yr contract is already over- so essentially they're keeping my business=)

3. then asked- if i got new line tomorowo- cancelled my original line tommorow- then asked to get my old number back- would that be do-able- she said yep.

so looks like i'm going to get the sl55 tomorow=)

the only other POTENTIAL PROIBELM- i do recall the last time i purchased from a retailer in chinatown- he stated that if i changed the phone number within a few months- i'd get a charge back from the store- something about them not getting the commission or something- cause the phone number was changed?!?! anyone shed any light
