Help me choose a new PHONE! Please?

First of All, GSM OR TDMA?!?!?!?

I live in Santa Rosa, California. The area code is 95404/95405. It is about an hour north of San Francisco. Is GSM coverage in my area ok?

Should I go with T-Mobile, AT&T, or Cingular?

As of now, the T610 is in the lead, but it's not too encouraging when the reviews give it a really low score on Letstalk.com, and on this website people say things like "prepare to be dissapointed." The reviews on the T616 on letstalk.com were great, but T-Mobile says they have better GSM coverage in my area and the only difference between the phones is operating frequency. I'm not sure if thats so true about the coverage, but I dunno. The guy from T-Mobile also said that the T610 didn't have bluetooth, "They took the bluetooth out and put in the camera" or something like that. Don't ALL T610/T616's have bluetooth?

Out of the phones listed below, which would you choose?

Whatever phone I choose I'm getting with a contract so I can get the phone cheaper. If you guys have any other suggestions for phones or anything, lemme know.

Anybody know where the cheapest place to get a Sony T616 or a T610 with a new plan purchase is? Or a GU87? If I can get a GU87 for under $150 or so then it's definately in the running...
