i bought it from a friend's mobile store... but its branded T-Mobile so i guess its out in Germany (T-Mobile)

It's been out for around one month now.

kindred: the ST55 is dualband only, so it won't work in the US

erm...can i aSK how long is the delivery ? is the phone unlocked ? or izzit locked ?

Coz i dun wanna get a phone which is locked and i dun wan any lines subsciption plans for the phone too.

It's not locked, but it has T-Mobile menu icons and T-Mobile on the cover.

I got it within 2-3 days (live in the UK).
