Well now... key breaks!

And you thought the number 2 key was a dud!
Today my S55' s right soft key just went loose. And I mean REALLY loose - I'm surprised it hasn't fallen out - probably has a couple of tabs keeping it in place.
Sure it still works and I know I'm just being anal....but man, it's broken. That sucks.
Anyway, I know Mobiltec24 sells the keypad but I just couldn't get around the menus - they're all in German. Does anybody know where else I can parts for this? Or has anyone successfully purchased off Mobiltec24?
Thanks,

Thanks for the tip - have you ever purchased from them before?

I just thought I'd throw in a few more things in here.
I called Siemens USA and was told to call Teleplan Wireless - I've already dealt with them before. And so I call and guess what... the keypad is not covered by the warranty and so I have to pay for repairs!
Now here's the fun part - $100 to get it fixed! You have GOT to be kidding me. That's almost half the cost of the phone itself, brand NEW! What a joke.
I haven't heard from Mobiltec24 either (and that's the second time I've emailed them - first time was months ago). I guess they're just not interested in doing business with customers on this side of the planet. I've got one last bet and if this one doesn't pull through, that's it.
I just feel like sh*t about this whole thing because I plunked over $300 for this phone, took REAL good care of it, as I did with all my other phones and one morning I wake up, loose key. Now how f*cked up is that? And what is clearly a case of bad design/workmanship, I have to pay $100+ to replace a keypad in a $238 phone. Nice.
Siemens is slipping. Suddenly, Nokias are beginning to look golden again...
