Carrier logo on S55 ....

I got my S55 about a month ago and the first thing I did was get rid of the carrier logo. I used the transparent gif and it worked great. Well, just the other day, the logo showed up and it says T-Mobile and VStream?? I didn't get a new sim card. I've had the same sim card since 97. What do I need to do to get rid of the carrier logo again? Why did it show up again with both carrier names? Please help. It is ugly and annoying.
