Hello everyone, I'm looking to purchase either the LG VX6000 or the S616. They're both small, color camera phones, but there are obvious differences. I really like the S616's bluetooth (I have a mac with iSync) but the LG's "flip phone" nature could be good as well. Also, I generally like the high style and polish of Sonyericsson products. I'm really having trouble deciding between the two.

As an additional factor, getting the S616 means going with ATT or T-Mobile, the LG means Verizon. I'm in NYC, but I also talk on Long Island. What does anyone think about those service providers?

I've heard Verizon is very strong, but if I were to become enamoured with the S616, would T-Mobile be ok? Are both phones close enough that I should go by provider alone?

Before u look at the phones, u have to ask yourself how ur reception is. if att gets good reception in your area, there is no question about it, go with the T616. if reception is an issue, u have to get verizon, because their service is by far way beyond gsm, which is what att uses. the camera is better on the LG, if that is important to you, but features are significantly better on the Sony. The Sony is also easier to use. basically, it comes down to network until the gsm networks are improved
