Sl56 says "Forwarding On" everytime I end a call

Everytime I end a call on my SL56, i get a message that says "Fowarding On" and then it goes to my T-Mobile main menu screen. Why does this happen and how do I get rid of it? I just started noticing it yesterday. Any suggestions?
