Like an inverted LCD screen? If thats what your after you just buy a replacement screen. I've got one and there not all that fab, there a bit dull in the light and a bit hard too read. Your better of getting new LED's that way you can change the colour of your screen and its still easy to read.

sorry, I'm drunk right now, but I will attempt to answer this anyway. There is a way to invert any lcd by peeling off this one layer of film from the screen. There are guides to doing it online, you don't need to buy a new LCD. Only thing is, it's permanent once you do it.

or if you have a flash cable, use g3nolite and inject the coding into a flash
