need help with my sanyo 5300 phone

I recently got a sanyo 5300 picture phone and I am having a little trouble with one of the features if someone here has this phone I need a little help trying to fix this problem
whats happening is I'm trying to assagin a picture to an imcoming phone call from my phone book but also on the same entry of the phone book is another number that I would like to try and assagin a different picture but every time I addagin one the other one because unassigened for some unknow reason any help would be greatly appreciated

make the other phone number go onto different entry
