Hi all,

I'm having a hard time answering incoming calls after the phone is idle for a while! The phone rings, I flip it open but the answer button doesn't respond..It's as if the whole keypad is locked or not responding at all..The phone keeps ringing and I keep hitting the answer button but nothing happens. Then after a while (usually after I missed the call) the phone lights up and the keypad starts working..Is this a knowns problem?? I'm gonna take the phone back but I just wanted to check here first..Any idea what might be wrong?
