Speakerphone Volume on Phones...

Ok I am in the market to upgrade phones... I am on ATT WS and they have a couple of nokia's that have speaker phone and there is the new Simens SL56
I have the Nokia 7210 but the volume is not loud enough... What Phones does ATT WS offer with a LOUD speakerphone... Anything comparable to the Nextel?

I've used the Nokia 6800 and 6200, both available from AT&T. 6800 has the best sounding speakerphone I've heard. People I called said it sounded almost like a regular phone. The 6200 was very good too.
