Where to upload resized wallpaper

I've got a 3510i and I want to use my own wallpaper. Does anyone know any sites where i can either post the wallpaper to be resized online or resize it myself then it can uploaded to the wap site. If you don't know what I'm on about, I'm tlking about sites like jhonny.org, logogo.com, phoneimage.com. I've tried these sites but non of them are working for me. Any ideas?
And while we're on the subject of wallpapers does anyone know if animated gifs work as backgrounds on 3510i's. If so wher can I get them from?
