Is there ever going to be a legit camcorder app for the p800, even after the p900 is released, or do you think all efforts will go to new apps for the p900?

I think there might be. Since they are both based on symbian os7, only difference is a .1 in the uiq version. I'm hoping sony will continue to support the p800 like the did the t68 after all their other phones were released.

Or maybe someone will be able to port the p900 apps to the p800.

Who knows...I think sony is spending so much time on their p900 that development efforts are laggin for us.

They have to do something though because when you have phones as expensive as these...There are two types of people who buy them...Those who know their stuff and researched it and wanted the best and those who just thinks its cool and saved up all their allowances to buy it.

Alot of people who already own the p800 are definately gonna have their eyes on the 900 and if they abandon us, they won't have our patronage. Also here in america...we love to get even. I'll go to every wireless provider in this state and just hang around and trashtalk their p900 (using my p800 experiences as reference) and garuntee I can make a small difference....just multiply that by at least 1,000 angry customers..(surely there are more then 1,000 neglected p800 users).

It would spread like wildfire..

But I still have faith in SE. I know when the time comes they'll support us together with the p900 since both systems will be sorta alike.
