Want to see how to take the Flip off of a P900!

We all know by now that the flip is removable on the P900... but I’ve only heard that it is more difficult to do than on a P800!

Well, from what I see in these following pix it looks to be quite simple… to me! (Thankfully I might add )

I thought I’d pass on these excellent pix (that come from the Italian site P800.it ) so you can see just how EZ it is!!! (and what that little screwdriver is actually used for)

And if you know me… you know what’s goin through my mind already

Better be more clear about that PhotoShop job or people will start the rumor that SE stole your flashing LED idea??

Removing the flip doesn't look that difficult, but as I told you a person at SE doesn't believe normal users should be able to do it? Must be something to do with the metal contacts? Sure doesn't look that hard to me.... Thanks for the photos 3VW!!

Maybe because they are worried that unexperienced users will put it on and take it off too often going back and forth and might damage the screws or contact points?... Or maybe some people don't know which way to turn and will strip their screws prior to even getting it off the first time...heheh

And lastly...The endless phone calls to SE repair centers wanting more screws cause they lost their last sets...

It's just me (an abnormal person

) playing around with a wonderful way of putting my future vision (for my P900) in a viewable presentation today!

IMO I don't think a NORMAL person

should remove their flip either!

Hows that saying go... "Normal is a setting on a washing machine" lol

well.. if ppl keep on taking the flip on/off everyday.. eventualy.. yes they will damage the screw.. i prefer changing the flip without a screw... anyways.. i'm still waiting to buy a p900
