Nokia PC suite Problems

Help needed, Every time I connect my phone upto my infra red and try and use Pc Suite it doesn't seem to recognise my phone (nokia 3650) I have tried to reload pc suite a few times. Hopefully I have attached a jpeg of the errors that I am getting. Both circled in red. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
