This is the one item on my menus that does nothing. It tell me that my SIM does not support this feature.

What is this feature and why won't my t-mobile SIM support it?

I can't spk 4 T-Mobile USA, Germany or anywhere else.

I am UK based T-Mobile user.

Basically the Online Services menus gives you access to T-Zones plus services.

It is a much nicer menu driven system to access T-Mobile's enhanced services.

If your SIM doesnt support it then you simply call Customer Services and ask for a new SIM explaining you want access to the Online Services menu of your phone (in some phone's e.g. Ericsson T39 the same thing is reffered to as the Interactive menu).

Your SIM will take about three days to arrive and on day two your existing SIM will be disabled (no calls in or out).

You can still access the T-Zones/enhanced services via your existing SIM but its just a bit more of a pain in neck to do it, for example to access the information services you will have to remember a whole load of access codes/service numbers for the various information services on offer. With the updated SIM it's all menu driven.
