Anyone been checking the Mitac Mio website lately?

Apparently they will offer some sort of unlocking service for 8380 owners online. However, they sure seem to be taking their sweet time about it.
Any ideas? I'd rather not do the unlocking myself so that I don't void my warranty...guess I just need to wait it out...
Stupid "app-lock" feature...how was this supposed to be a good idea??? Some MS scheme to make people pay for features that other phone providers build into phones???
Well, I still like the phone anyway...
