Not Again!

My P800 is acting up again, only one week after I got it back! Same symptoms, phone freezes up at "Sony Ericsson" startup with both phone on and flight mode. is this thing defective because i can't mail it back in for another week and a half!

About one month and a half now,
and 3 weeks of that,it's been in repair
