Can anyone help with connection/link using WIN 98 and a Sanyo 8100?

Just spent 2 hrs to try to install this to laptop. grrrrrrrr
Does it have to show in hardware as a Sanyo USB phone and a USB device....
When it comes to intalling the drivers.....it wont let me put in what I want.........
Is there any help on this?
