trouble with nokia code

after i do this and when i am in the menu how do i get off the menu w/o shutting down the phone and booting it back up
(this is on my 3390)
also what does the sim clock thingy do will it auto shhut off my phone after so long i have no idea what it does can some one help me with this

you cannot exit that menu without powering off your phone. i am not sure what the sim clock is though
