Browse internet with S56 Through Bluetooth

Hi All, i have just bought my brothers S56 from him for $50 dollars, and i already have a BT adapter, can anyone tell me how to browse the internet through via bluetooth? and do i have to have the PC suite to do that?
i already searched but found nothing, sorry.
