ok i have two 8100s my wifes 8100 works good with snapmedia BUT mine does not.... it wont sync with snapmedia 1st it cant find the port so i point it to com4 thats what its on then it wants to know the phone type so i tell it 8100 then it stops and tells me that it can't put my phone in pcsync mode anyone know what i can do and yes my wifes 8100 and mine are the same phones 2 weeks old we got them at the same time hers is white and mine is silver..... could my pcsync be of in the phone some how?
i even went and got a new one at the sprint store and told them that it didn't work and they gave me a new one its the same as my 1st one it wont sync with snapmedia or snapsync

and the drivers are ok i just got the solfware 2 days ago from futuerdial and my wifes 8100 works so i dont think its the solfware it has to be the phone help help help

Did you sync your wife's phone first?

My guess is the software recored the serial number off her phone and it is blocking access to your other phone.

The "End User License Agreement" is kind of confusing because it allows use "...on a single handheld device and on a single computer, fur use by a single individual..."

But then goes on to say "...for a maximum of three different mobile phones..."

And finally says "end use support for additional mobile phones requires the purchase of additional software license". I wonder it that means "more than 3" or "more than one"?

No, on second thought it shouldn't matter. I sync'd my v60 first (download) and then my 5300 (upload).

Maybe it just doesn't like seeing two different 8100s?
