Do you guys know of any sites that have color operator logos? Also senging them SMS means just sending it to your phone like a Txt message right? Also Can I use WAP if I don't have it on my phone and is there a way I can install it on my phone without a cable?

You can download color op logos to your phone using wap. There's a few sites with 'em out there. tagtag.com/bobbyr has links to all sorts of sites, try browsing that. Off of bobbyr there's the ace site that has a few. There's a color nokia op logo, one for different nokia models, plus matrix and addidaz logos and stuff. Have fun!

haha, get an 3650 or a 3600, i doubt series 40 phones can get operator logos in color...actually, im pretty darn sure they cant...but yeah, you can actually use bitmaps(.bmp) files for the operator logo on the series 60 phones but i think you need to d/l a program that supports that feature also

Sorry, I've displayed color op logos on my 6610. Last I checked that was series 40.

ndmpatriot: just noticed this, but if you don't have wap on your phone you can still use csd depending on your provider.... with t-mobile you connect to wap, it'll say you don't subscribe to this, want to add it? You can pick go to site and use csd which uses minutes instead of using data.

If you use MobiMB from https://www.logomanager.co.uk/php/products.php?id=51, you do not need WAP. YOu can set any image as an operator logo, startup logo or wallpaper, as well as transferring games, photos and polyphonic ringtones to and from the pC.

MobiMB allows you to transfer EVERY file from the phone to the PC and vice versa (no issues with copyrighted ones that you bought from sites etc- you can use these on all of your family and friend's phones).

mobimb is a great program, but wap is the easier way to go. its great to have for work and for fun. no cables,no programs and no headaches. wap was the next best invention to sliced bread. And go and try to argue that, Ill post 500 times to prove anyone wrong. WAP IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!

ps. i get free games,apps,pictures,op logogs, ringtones, mp3s...etc with wap. you cant beat it for 6.99$ per month.
