dialer or other software downloads?

[B]i recently downloaded dialer 3.0...do i have to have a cable that goes to my phone to install it to the phone.[B] my question may be stupid but i am not all that knowledgable w/ this phone.
also, what is good software to download to this phone? and again, do i have to have a cable?

If all you want to download is wallpapers, ringtones and a few games you do not need a cable, but you do need Vision.
Check out sites like:
www.3gupload.com or www.matrixm.com Both of these web sites allow you to download ringers, games and wallpapers to your phone wirelessly.

but you have to pay for the games, ringtones, etc... i am looking for free software downloads ..even if it is dialer, etc.
