TDMA Camera phones

do they exist? I like my current provider (cellular one, TDMA) but i really like the phones ive been seeing from most of the 3G CDMA/GSM providers. Are there any TDMA phones currently out there with this feature?

Since TDMA is rapidly fading from the scene, it is doubtful that any companies will bring out new phones with advanced features. Sending a photo via TDMA data would take much longer than on GPRS or CDMA 1X.

I could be wrong, but I do not recommend holding your breath while you wait for a TDMA camera phone.

I've recently run into the same problem. I really want a camera phone, but since I travel a lot, and not to major cities, I need a plan with the best possible coverage areas. So far, this has been AT&T's digital one-rate. But this is a TDMA service, and their GSM coverage is meager at best. Is there any service provider that has a halfway decent GSM coverage area? Or am I just stuck waiting until everyone upgrades their towers and such? And how long will that take?

seriously camera phones suck (or more correctly, the cameras on camera phones suck)... spend a little money and grab a tiny ~2.0 mp digicam and carry that around (that's what i do)

Oh good, something else to carry around, along with my keys, wallet, cel phone, iPod, PDA, etc. Now all I need is pants with 42 pockets.

Seriously though, I have a nice 5 mp digital camera if I'm looking to take quality pictures. But I don't want to carry that around all day every day. I'm going to have my cel phone with me anyway, so I can live with the low res images (instead of no images at all).
