Link Dialing?

My Nokia 3650 was delivered today and it is all it is cracked up to be.

Being older, not old , when I saw the 157 page user manual I did get a little whoozy but I am not going to let it intimidate me, especially since I really wanted this phone.

I am getting most things down, slowly but surely. Right now the problem I am experiencing when adding names and numbers to the Contacts (address book) I cannot find how to program a long link dialed number. There have been different names for this, the StarTac called it link dialing by putting a "pause" in between the numbers you want to dial, such as calling card numbers. Some other Motorola phones called it "wait" dialing by enter a "w" in between the numbers. No matter what is was called it worked by pressing the send button after the number was paused to send the next set of numbers.

I can't find out how to program this on the 3650. If anyone out there knows how to accomplish this I would greatly appreciate it. It is probably in the manual somewhere but they just can't use easy English like link dialing to make it easy for me to find.

Thanks in advance!

I found it. You press the * button 4 times and it puts a "wait" "w" between the set of numbers you want to send.
