Gagin error..PLease help!

I have been using GAGIN for about 6 mothns now. Up until now everything was working. My phone connects and as soon as i transfer i file it says Error could not copy file to device. and a second window comes up .....could not copy modules mif. file to the device. Im lost and this has never happened to me. Does anybody know what this means. PLease post back! Thanks a lot

im having the same problem...
but my phone connects perfectly to my computer and everything, but when i try to connect my brothers t720, which i think is a newer version with updated icons and such, ill get the error with his phone but not mine.
whats going on??
