the phone kicks butt, especially if you just came from the audiovox 8500. It has alot of really nice features but there are a few left out that they could have easily added. one is that you can't do anything at all with the phone closed. Another is that you can't use voice memos as ringtones which would have been nice because they are really loud and play through the speaker
