8390 Alpha tag change?

How can i change the alpha tag on my 8390 to replace the 'fido' sign. Sorry if this has already been discussed.

You can't edit the "alpha tag" per se... it is an operator logo.
Just look at one of the many other "Op Logo" threads for your answer.
Short anser: go to a site like me43.com and download a new op logo to your phone. Bye-bye fido!
