My (small) town has a Charger police car, and that HEMI sounds nice when it drives by! |

I'm sure the owner of the Charger added the halos for his own good, not to make it look like some other car. I've seen an Infiniti G35 with halos on its lights, probably not because wanted to look like another car, but because it looked good on his own car. I was just saying that as a BMW fan, it reminded me of a BMW and it might remind other drivers of a BMW, instead of a Charger. |
... Can't deny the halo is originated from BMW, first developed for the E39 5 series, a decade ago. But not to say it's NOT ok to be develop into other brands of vehicles. Hey! if it looks good, why not? But IMHO, if I see a car in my rear view mirror with a set of halo head light, I damn sure will believe it's a bimmer, that will be my first reaction.

I like the color combo, and the sport and navi package. Wonder how's the power on your diesel and the mpg?

We're still not done with the break-in period to really see the true potential of speed and gas mileage.
The new X5 doesn't have the sport package but rather Adaptive Drive. For the 2010MY X5's, BMWNA decided to be cheaper and split the Sports Package into the Sport Activity Package and Adaptive Drive. Instead of getting the sport package looks, (steering wheel, headliner, Shawdowline exterior trim) we got Adaptive Drive which is basically the sport suspension. At this point, I still think the E53>E70. I haven't had enough seat time to do a thorough review, but from what I've seen, I like the older one. |
Man, why do you have to rub in the fact we can't afford a $100k X5M?
Just kidding!
I've got a few ideas which I'll save for a later date.
although I'm not sure what does the package include nowadays... It use to have the seat, shadowline trim, suspension and wheels, now I see body kits... um more money to spend I guess
Drop with KW and it should be set, I hope

1 owner(lawyer), well taken care of. I take very good care of my cars as well, i'm not worried. This car is in impeccable shape, well worth the price paid. Appreciate the opinion though. |

Just because the guy is a lawyer doesn't mean he maintains his car any better than the rest of the general population. Good luck |

I'm sure though that when it was running, you enjoyed the car very much! |
