Where to find OEM s40 Startup Logo?

hey what's up guys...just wondering if anyone could give me a link to the original factory startup logo for series 40 phones(the one with the 2 hands reaching for each other and it says "nokia" on the bottom). also, the startup logo on series 40 phones can be changed using software like MobiMB, right? also, how do you edit the startup tone

I think the startup tone is fixed. I haven't been able to change it at all.
