dunno what firmware it is...
what can i do?
is there a remedy i can do myself?
or do i have to get it flashed?.. do i have to send it to Nokia or can they do it in store?
and how much $$???

my 6100 did the same thing. its not the batter or anything. its at nokia right now getting fixed or warranteed. so thats my best guess for you.
