Qs on GX20 before buying

hi all...
I am seriously interested in GX20, but need to confirm somethings.
wondering if GX20 can do / supports the following:
1. 'ringer mute button' --> if a call comes in, and I dun want to answer it, by muting the ringer temporarily?
2. can save sms / mms into 'personalised' folder(s) on the handset?
3. T9 can add new words into dictionary?
4. SMS supports concatenated ? supports 'send-to-many' sms?
5. memory only 2MB? is it upgradeable?
6. is the IrDA good? can exchange business cards with nokia phones IrDA?

1. Yes, there is a "busy" mode and it stops ringing/rejects the call.
2. nope, everything goes to the inbox.
3. Yes, but not 'officially'. To get it to do it, you have to switch off T9 input after entering a word it doesn't recognize, and then switch it back on -- word gets added to the dictionary. It's not as slick as the Nokia's that save it automatically.
4. Not sure bout concatenated, never did it. Cans end to up to 5 ppl only.
5. Yes, one of the drawbacks, only 2MB and can't add. I'm starting to run out

6. Irda works fine for transferring pics/ringtones/videos .. not sure bout business cards , and not sure bout with other phones havne't tried.

hi crippen, thanks ...

sorry to bother you again..not too clear on the 'ringer mute button'... I was referring to when a call comes in, and I dun want to answer it, by muting the ringer, BUT without sending back 'busy' signal... so basically the call keeps on ringing (it's just that I'm not bothered by the ringer and the person doesnt know that I'm ignoring the call)

can Gx20 do this ?

4. Yes and yes.
5. 2mb for pics/sounds/games/video, and another 1mb for MMS folder. not upgradable.
6. No. only use as a modem, or exchange data with PC via handset manager software.
