My Sanyo 5000 Broken

I just got one this evening and I was playing with features
and I think it broke because Downloading and stuff.
it said it had an error between downloading the file to the phone.
hmm anywayz, all it shows iz the very first screen and all the lights are on.
anyone know how to fix this? or should I return it?

What did you do to the phone? Did you spill your drink on it?

I actually had the same problem with mine - I had to take it into a Sprint store and they sadi they would replace it. After an hour on the phone with their technician they determined it wasn't something they could fix. I got a new one FedEx'd in two days from Sprint and I've had no problems (I bought my first one through eBay).
