playing movies on MPx200

Hey guys i am having alot of trouble figuring out how to get movies on play on this phone. I know I have the right format but there is no sound and it is real slow. I read somewhere that i have to compress it for the phone to play it could someone post some links where i can do all that. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Have you tried using the CoolSmartphone guide ?

You probably need to reduce the file to something more managable for the MPX200.
