inverting nokia 3360

when inverting the 3360 do you take off the front polerizer film or the back? i took off the front.. and i never got the change to try it out cauze i broke my LCD! yea it snapped at the top right corner.. so i need to goto to my cell place and see if they can fix it or something.. and on teh polerizer film theres some Black sticker at the top..and im wundering wuts the purpose of that... ? anyone know?
