Im in the market to buy a new phone i currentyl have a GU87 and i by christmass i want a new phone. Maybe Gx20? x70? n8? some one please tell me which one is best. I want one with a nice camera and picture caller Id thas big enough to view.thanks

I'm having the similar problem!!
want to choose btw E700, N6600, SE P900, GX20.
all phones have its own pluses and minuses.
If you want good camera and pic ids --> I think GX20 is the way to go (if u dun mind the rather big size, compared to other fashion mobile phones, anyway). dun forget GX20 has 'flash' also
N6600 is too 'fat'and bulky.
E700 is almost certain the one i'm gonna buy, but cannot assign pic id (except for the ones built-in images), and the menu (from what I've heard is similar to t100, instead upgrade of v200/s300?)
panasonic? i'm not too fond of them...yet ...

i'd choose the P900 without a doubt..

e700 and N6600 will probably be the affordable ones for you though..

if u wanna upgrade from your GU87 then get the gx20

Im likein the GX20 because of the flip. IM love flip phones with out color screens. Does any one know when i would be able to get the GX20 in the Us from att or a cell phone store

a good upgrade to the gu87 would be the gx20/22... get a gx20, as they are a little cheaper and offer the same functions..

x70 is ok, the specs don't wow me.. just cool as it has bluetooth
the n8... is it avaible yet?
e700.. nice phone.. good specs..., i think it's set at a nice price..
6600... symbian os is always nice.. but nokia screens suck. more of a smartphone.
p900... nice phone..,big but a smartphone, $$$

i'd take the gx20/22 or e700 depending on budget.. if you want a smatphone i'd get a p900 or just wait till the new toys come out in jan/feb.

yeah GX20/22 would be the ideal upgrade.
but:
1. no active flip
2. stil using external antena

X70 - Good with bluetooth, and lighter in size, and weight

NEC N8 - Heavy for flip phone, and bad quality pics, but with dual color display.

SE P900 - Looks more solid then the P800, and has better color quality, bit still a bulky phone

Nokia 6600 - Haven't tried it be4, but looks wierd in shape, and as they say the screens looks bad, but overall its still a Nokia.

Samsung E700 - The phone looks kinda cool in design without the antenna, but tried it already, the picture quality are the same as the P400, and nothing too much has changed from the rest.

GX22 - Currently best colour GSM phone on the market with the flash and grain free pics. But no bluetooth, and cannot sync info to outlook. and of course no active flip, except for ending calls.

Its really depends on what kind of phone you're looking for, and what is the "BEST" you're considering.

N8 as far as everyone noes...its not triaband..so keep dreaming..lol.
but i was i hong kong last time and a dealer had a poster saying it was triband..lol..
i tried it..it was an aw sum fone..though it was big..but really nice..
consider it if u live in hk

Sure it's available for AT&T. Buy the phone from ebay or another source online and activate a sim card from AT&T and put that sim in the phone. VOILA!! It won't be AT&T branded if you are looking for that!

Of course the GX22 is better than the 525. I never seen an unlocked NEC phone ever. I could be wrong though. GX22 is the best phone out now. No other GSM camera phone is better. I might be a little bias since I haven't really seen any of the other phones but since I'm use to a grainless LCD screen I won't go back to anything less than that! I also don't like AT&T.
