Bluespoon story....

I wasn't really sure where to post this story, but this seems to be the place for Bluespoon discussion...and I'm getting my P900 this Tuesday or Wednesday anyway so I figured I'd get acquianted with you all a bit first.

I got a new leather coat the other day and was out tonight for dinner and a movie. After dinner, we went to Futureshop to kill time prior to the movie. Getting back into the car, I decided to throw my Bluespoon into my inside coat pocket....

Upon reaching Famousplayers to watch Matrix Revolutions I went to the bathroom and received a phone call. So I dig my hand into my pocket and there is no Bluespoon....horrified I realize that I had thrown the Bluespoon into the opening of the liner and not the actual pocket...So me and my buddy race back to Futureshops parking lot to see if the Bluespoon is still lying there. It wasn't. Checked my car...wasn't there either. Did a BT search....nothing.

Dismayed, I went inside and asked if anyone had turned anything in...nope.

Drove back to Silvercity to see if perhaps it had only fallen out there....nothing. Nowhere to be found. Back to Futureshop one more time and scoured the parking lot under cars with my IBT-20 which was incidentaly the first time I'd actually used it for anything useful. Still nothing.

Dejected we went back to the theater as the movie was going to start eventually. We decided to wander around there a bit first....and found nothing.

Then, on the way up the stairs of the theater my friend sees a flash of blue out of the corner of his eye....it's the Bluespoon!!!

We figured it must have gotten wedged between the coat and my body and only fell out while climbing the stairs....

I was elated as the thing must've been there for at least 30 minutes before we found it. And I'm glad no one else noticed it first....otherwise I'd have cried.

I guess all's well that ends well and aside from a scratch near the mic from hitting the ground, the Bluespoon is fine. Still works really well.

This is the closest I've ever come to a nervous breakdown...spare yourselves the agony and keep a good eye on your Bluespoons!...and familiarize yourself with your new coat before using it!!!
