So I've been reading reviews on both and have learned quite a bit. Thanks everyone for the great info.

So I'm getting the wife a replacement phone for a gift. Qwest only has about 6 phones to choose from, with these 2 being the only flip phones.

My wife says she doesn't care about color, but I think if she had it, she might think it was cool. She is mainly looking for a flip phone w/ good reception, voice dialing, maybe a changeable faceplate and definately decent battery life. It'll also need to last a year or two.

I know the v60i's been around for a while, but it appears that a lot of people like it. the t731 looks like a pretty nice phone with nice features.

BTW - the v60i ends up being about $70 cheaper than the t731. Worth it?

I dont know much about the t730 but it seemed to be pretty nice when I played with one at a verzon store

I would go with the v60 for that price. I'm also trying to compare the two phones. I have no need for colour. Quite frankly, I prefer the feel of the v60 to the plastic casing of the T731.

Believe it or not, my provider is charging $50 MORE for the v60 over the T731. Makes no sense at all.
