Sony Ericsson Update Service Sony Ericsson Update Service (SEUS), is a way for the end user to update the firmware of their phone on their own, using a SEMC desk stand and any Internet-connected (preferably via broadband) PC. To update the P900 firmware 1. Connect the desk stand to your PC. 2. Visit the Sony Ericsson customer support site on the Web. 3. Download the SEUS application and run it. Detailed instructions on how to proceed with the update sequence is displayed. |

Originally posted by Cheech I may have solved the update problem. At least my P900 manual has some info on it. Well whatever a SEMC desk stand is, it appears to be the gateway to the site. Prehaps the guy I mentioned had one and that's how he got the R3B update. Well he works in IT

Hi everyone, I ran the update from the link on my first post, the program run through, before I ran it my P900 system information said that I had R4A and after I ran the app it said that I had R3B, I am assuming something was changed in my handset, but after seeing everyone elses posts on the subject I am not sure, I took some screen shots of the process, I can mail them to anyone if they want to take a look, info@mobile-it.co.uk Thanks, Dave |
